Scott Tyne
Scott Tyne is a Barrister At Law and a former investment banker specialising in structured debt products. Before commencing his 20 year career in investment banking in Sydney and London, Scott was an Associate in the Banking and Finance Division of Mallesons Stephen Jaques, an international law firm. An activist investor, Scott is presently litigating a $600 million proceeding in Australia against the National Mutual Life Association.
Paul Lindholme
Educated at Yale and Oxford Universities, Paul Lindholme was formerly the Managing Director of Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch in Australia before founding Phoenix Capital Partners, a third-party litigation funding firm. Phoenix is a funding participant to several major law suits in Australia, Singapore and New Zealand with aggregate claims in excess of $500 million.
Justin Hogan-Doran
Justin Hogan-Doran is a Barrister At Law, with degrees in Economics, Law (First Class Honours) and a Masters degree in Philosophy. He is recognised as one of Australia’s leading lawyers (Australia’s Best Lawyers 2009 – Arbitration and Mediation). Formerly a solicitor with Mallesons Stephen Jaques in the Banking and Finance Division, Justin has also worked a management consultant for McKinsey and Co in London and the Boston Consulting Group in Sydney and as a legal officer at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague. He is an expert in international law and lectures on that topic at the University of Sydney.
